B). If you would like to register online. Please follow the steps below
1). Click the link below
Link to onePA website registration
2). Make payment at any Community Centre and keep the payment code
3). Download and fill up the indemity form
4). Mail the indemity form and the payment code to Teck Ghee Community Centre, 861 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 S.569734
5). Please ensure the application form and indemity form are posted to Teck Ghee C.C within 2 weeks from payment.

I have registered both my sons Ian Lee s9930538Z using my PA Passion card member and Raphael Lee T0312535H (using his own PA Card) online at http://www.pa.gov.sg. Hope the register is pass to you. Pls contact me at 94572000. For forms can I email or fax over is better?

Hi Mdm,
Thank you for registering through our PA online system. As for the form, you can bring it down on the day of the camp (day 1) and pass it to our friendly instructors. Hope to cya at Deyi Secondary and join us for the campfire at day 3.

I have registered my kids via PA Online.. This time it came with Declaration of Indemnity, so can I assume we no longer need to mail in the indemnity form anymore.
